Refund policy

We offer exchanges or refunds only in the following cases: if the product you received is defective or damaged, or if you received an item different from what you ordered.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with return instructions. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and determine if they meet our return criteria

Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. Refunds will only be issued if the product is defective or if you received the wrong item, as stated in our return policy above

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
